In your opinion, which would you prefer a private or public school both in high school and college?
For high school, I think the quality of school depends on where your at. Some schools have better fascilities than others. I don’t approve of today’s educational standards for high school graduates. I think their expectations for students who are graduating from high school are too low especially for people with disabilities. Its better to be exposed in a regular school the whole way than be put into a special education program that finds fault in everything those students do. I think most people are smart, but they don’t excel because of low expectations from their teachers.
For college, I would chose public because its cheaper, the education is the same, and there’s more services for people with disabilities, and its diverse. I know that some colleges are better than others with regards to the programs that their known for, but sometimes it does not depend on the school but the person that goes there.
